Commit to calling and cancelling catalogs, removing yourself from mailing lists or signing up for a catalog removal service during the month of June. We will give give tips but also leave your suggestions below!

To Remove Name from Mailing Lists:
Go to http://www.dmachoice.org. It can take up to 90 days for the flow to stop since many mailings are already in print or production. Please note: there is a $2 fee to unsubscribe through DMA Choice (but its a quick way to do it.
To Remove Credit Card Solicitations:
Call 1-888-567-8688 (that’s 888-5OPT-OUT) or visit http://www.optoutprescreen.com. You will have the opportunity to choose either a five-year removal or a permanent removal.
To End Unwanted Phone Books and Catalogs:
Go online to opt out of Dex (http://www.dexpages.com/index.php?RelId=6.8.1.4.6). Once you’ve received a catalog in the mail that you don’t want, call them to opt out.
