Thanks for subscribing to our quarterly newsletter.

We certainly had a busy end to 2017! In October we were introduced by our friends at Alliance Francaise to food waste activist Baptiste Dubanchet, and were lucky enough to host his presentation at Whole Foods in Raleigh.  In October and November, we gave thanks for our newest bloggers, Tatia Elizabeth with Simple Solutions Specialist (and TZW-Haywood County) and Karin Johnson (TZW-Apex)! In December, we celebrated by learning to make our own gifts with Jen Zerda of Nolia Wellness Education and Spa Retreat Cary. Finally, we rang in the New Year with a newly redesigned website!

We have lots in store for 2018, so be sure to keep up with us through social media and our website to find out more.

Finally, we'd like to wish everyone a very happy new year...here's to continuing our Zero Waste journeys together in 2018!

Focusing on the Thanks-Giving, by Tatia Elizabeth
"For me, Thanksgiving isn’t about the food, although I really do love the food. It’s about showing my friends and family how much I love them by being the example and wasting nothing, showing them simple, easy ways to create less waste, spending time with them, and creating a better world together."
