Join Toward Zero Waste Cary on a tour of the South Wake Landfill, Thursday, March 24th from 11:00-12:30. Come see first hand where our landfilled trash goes and learn about the successes and challenges of managing our growing waste. The Wake County bus holds 14 passengers and masks are required. Participants must be 8 years or older to attend. A Wake County waiver and a COVID 19 addendum will need to be signed the day of the event. Closed toe shoes and long pants are recommended. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour to meet the rest of the TZW group!
