About this Event
Project Drawdown states that switching to a plant-based diet is one of the best things we can all do to reduce our impact on the environment. However, sometimes it can feel like a daunting task to change your whole diet. Questions like, “where do I get protein?” are common and can feel hard to overcome. We are hosting an Ask Me Anything session with Maddie Segal from the Plant Based Foods Association. She is here to (non-judgmentally) answer any of your burning questions about some small steps you can take right away on your journey towards this delicious, healthful, and sustainable way of eating.
