She specializes in mindfulness and body-based approaches to healing trauma\, attachment\, and relationship difficulties. A returned Peace Corps Volunteer who speaks four languages\, Miriam brings a global perspective to her clinical work. She loves helping people work with their emotions about climate change and other global crises and sees this inner work as an important part of changing the world. Miriam earned a BA from Columbia University in 1999 and a Masters of Social Work from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2007.
