That means we have committed to picking up trash and making sure our trail is in good condition 4 times a year. \nOur winter litter sweep will be Saturday\, December 3. \nEvent Location: 2300 Crabtree Boulevard Raleigh\, NC 27608:  Go to the Crabtree Creek Trail Parking area on Crabtree Blvd\nDate: Saturday\, December 3\nTime: 10am – 12pm \nPartnering with Great Raleigh Cleanup and 86it.com\, we’ll supply: grabbers\, buckets\, bags\, & safety vests.\nYou bring: work gloves\, your own water in your favorite reusable bottle. Don’t forget to dress for grubby\, overgrown conditions! \nAll ages invited and encouraged but parents are responsible for supervising their children. ;)\nAn email reminder will be sent out prior to the event.

SUMMARY:South Wake Landfill Tour- For Apex Residents
DESCRIPTION:Join Toward Zero Waste Apex on a tour of the South Wake Landfill! Come see first hand where our landfilled trash goes and learn about the successes and challenges of managing our growing waste. The Wake County bus holds 14 passengers and masks are required. Participants must be 8 years or older to attend. A Wake County waiver and a COVID 19 addendum will need to be printed\, signed\, and brought with you the day of the event. Closed toe shoes and long pants are recommended. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour to meet the rest of the TZW group!
